I moved hwtsam.com to a new server, and from a dotnetnuke site to a wordpress site. In my copious free time, I’ll re-add some of the information that was on this site (and will take requests for new information).

At some point, I expect we’ll do a second edition of HWTSaM. We have editing bugs to fix, and nearly every chapter is already out of date. In the meantime, I’ll probably stick to a few updates a year to this site, as well as responses to any questions that come in.
